With a deep love for food and a desire to serve his community, he established Civil Lines Wala with one mission: to provide hot, fresh, and purely vegetarian breakfast and lunch options. From day one, we embraced our identity as a “Shudh Shakahari” outlet, proud to offer dishes that are not only delicious but also aligned with our values of purity and respect for the environment.
We quickly recognized a gap in the market for authentic Delhi-style Chole Bhature. In a neighborhood that craved bold flavors and comforting meals, we became the first to Introduce Old-Delhi Classic Chole Bhature. Our recipe, crafted with care, soon captivated the taste buds of our customers, and word spread fast. The aroma of our Chole Bhature wafted through the streets, inviting everyone to experience the magic of our kitchen.
As our reputation grew, so did our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We take immense pride in sourcing the freshest ingredients, ensuring every dish reflects the rich heritage of North Indian cuisine.

In December 2022, we took a significant step forward by opening two outlets just steps away from one another. One outlet is dedicated to serving our beloved customers in-house, while the other focuses on catering to our online delivery partners like Zomato and Swiggy. This expansion allows us to reach even more people, ensuring that our cherished dishes are accessible to everyone, no matter how they choose to enjoy them.
